Irma Arellano, an established business owner, is bringing a new restaurant concept to the Brazos Valley. Her vision for Frida’s is inspired by her passion for food, cooking and love for her culture.

  • Crispy chicken on our house-made churro waffle, served with seasonal berries, dulce de leche and maple syrup.

  • The perfect way to start your day! Our version of french toast garnished with seasonal berries, powdered sugar, Nutella crumble, dulce de leche and maple syrup.

  • Three pieces of thick rimmed masa with a layer of black beans, queso fresco, crema Oaxaqueña, lettuce and pico de gallo. Choose from: picadillo (seasoned ground meat), deshebrada (shredded meat) or shredded chicken.

  • Three house-made tostadas served with tinga (tender shredded chicken in a tomato and chipotle chile sauce). Topped with pickled red onions.
